Dr. Sabhyata Gupta is one of India's most respected gynaecologists, widely recognized as the first gynaecologist in the country to perform robotic gynaecological surgery for both cancerous and non-cancerous conditions. Based at Medanta — The Medicity in Gurugram, she brings over two decades of experience to women navigating some of their most personal and complex health challenges. She completed a Diploma in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery in Germany, trained in cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer at settings associated with Johns Hopkins and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and completed a fellowship in gynaecological oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. She is also American Board Certified in Aesthetic Gynaecology — a breadth of expertise that few gynaecologists anywhere can match. Dr. Gupta is a registered postgraduate teacher with the National Board of Examinations and leads the DNB Gynae Oncology programme, actively shaping the next generation of specialists in India.
