Dr. Prakash Singh

Dr. Prakash Singh is a neurosurgeon with more than 36 years of experience — a career that has taken him from military field hospitals to one of India's most respected neuroscience centres. Today he serves as Director and Unit Head of Neurosurgery at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, in New Delhi, where he leads a team focused on complex brain and spine conditions.

His training followed a rigorous path: an MBBS, followed by an MS in General Surgery, and then an M.Ch in Neurosurgery — the highest postgraduate qualification in the field. Much of his early career was spent serving in the Indian Army, with postings at institutions including the Army Hospital in Pune, Northern Command Hospital in Udhampur, AFMC Pune, and PGI Chandigarh.
