Dr. M. Vijaya Saradhi

Dr. M. Vijaya Saradhi is one of Hyderabad's most experienced neurosurgeons, with over 29 years dedicated to brain and spine surgery. Based at Yashoda Hospitals, Hi-Tech City, he has performed more than 25,000 operations over the course of his career — a body of work that spans complex skull base tumors, brain aneurysms, deep brain stimulation, and pediatric neurosurgery. Dr. Saradhi completed his MBBS at Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, followed by an MCh in Neurosurgery at the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) and a DNB from the National Boards in New Delhi. Early in his career he traveled to the United States as a Visiting Fellow at St. Joseph Medical Centre and the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona — one of the world's foremost centers for neurological care. That international exposure shaped an approach that blends global standards with a deep understanding of the patients he serves at home.

For nearly three decades, Dr. Saradhi built much of his career at NIMS, Hyderabad, where he eventually served as Head of the Department of Neurosurgery. During that time he also mentored more than 85 neurosurgeons across India, contributing to a generation of specialists trained to the same rigorous standards he upholds in his own operating theatre. Teaching and clinical work have always gone hand in hand for him.
