Dr. T. S. Kler

Dr. T. S. Kler is the Chairman and Head of Department at BLK-Max Heart & Vascular Institute and Chairman of Pan Max Electrophysiology, serving as a leading interventional cardiologist and electrophysiologist. With over 37 years of clinical excellence, he holds distinguished international credentials including FRCP (UK), FACC (USA), and an honorary D.Sc. from Punjab University, recognising his pioneering contributions to cardiology.

Dr. Kler's clinical practice encompasses a vast scope of interventional procedures. He has personally performed over 35,000 coronary, renal, carotid, and peripheral angioplasties, and was the first doctor in India to implant ICDs, CRT-P, and CRT-D devices. In 2015, he became India's first physician to perform HIS Bundle Pacing, a cutting-edge electrophysiological technique. His technical expertise extends across radiofrequency ablation and complex electrophysiology studies, all delivered with meticulous patient safety protocols.

International patients from the Gulf Cooperation Council, Africa, and the CIS region seek Dr. Kler's care for complex arrhythmias, coronary and peripheral vascular disease, and device therapy. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, facilitating seamless communication with diverse patient populations.
