Dr. Anita Sethi

Dr. Anita Sethi is one of India's most experienced ophthalmologists, with over 38 years of dedicated practice in eye care and surgery. She serves as Principal Director and Head of the Ophthalmology Department at Max Multi Speciality Centre, Panchsheel Park, and is also affiliated with Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket. Her clinical work spans the full breadth of ophthalmology — from cataract and refractive surgery to complex orbital procedures and retinal conditions.

Dr. Sethi's training is rooted in some of India's most respected institutions. She completed her MBBS at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and went on to earn both her MD and MS in Ophthalmology from the legendary Dr. R.P. Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences at AIIMS, New Delhi. She later achieved her DNB from the National Board of Examinations and, in 1997, was awarded the FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh — a qualification that reflects the highest international standards in surgical training.
