Dr. Akshi Sharma

Dr. Akshi Sharma is an ophthalmologist based in New Delhi with a focused expertise in diseases of the retina and vitreous. Over more than a decade of clinical practice, she has built a reputation for managing complex conditions like retinal detachment, macular holes, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration — conditions that can be sight-threatening if not caught and treated in time.

Her academic journey reflects a commitment to excellence from the very start. She completed her MBBS at the University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) in Delhi, followed by an MS in Ophthalmology from Lady Hardinge Medical College — both highly regarded institutions in the country.
