Dr. Abhay Narvekar is a distinguished Senior Consultant in Orthopedic Surgery with over 43 years of clinical expertise, recognised as a pioneer of arthroscopic surgery in India. He holds an MBBS and MS in Orthopedics from Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, and has undergone advanced international fellowships including Sports Medicine at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute in New York, Mosaicplasty training at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest, and Posterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction at The Berne Hospital in Switzerland.

Dr. Narvekar has performed more than 20,000 arthroscopic surgeries throughout his career, with over 6,000 ACL reconstructions, making him a highly experienced surgeon in complex knee ligament injuries, articular cartilage restoration, and sports-related orthopedic conditions. His technical proficiency spans ACL and PCL reconstruction, Mosaicplasty and cartilage transplantation, arthroscopic repair, knee replacement, rotator cuff surgery, and fracture fixation.
